About Us

A fast-expanding creative communications agency

Through digital marketing, multimedia production, content creation, as well as various PR and marketing efforts, we ensure that our clients’ brand message successfully reaches current and prospective audiences.

We are a young, black, female owned and managed agency, and we pride ourselves that in the 7 years we have been in existence, we have worked with over 14 companies with numerous recurring and returning contracts.

Our vision is to become Durban's largest creative communications agency and multimedia production house, producing a dynamic range of infotainment products, and a reputable, high quality, competitive broadcaster, distributing in house and commissioned content to South African and international audiences.
We are driven by the mission that through creativity, collaboration and a constant search for knowledge, we can set brands apart, and have them stand head and shoulders above the rest in a competitive digital and multimedia landscape. We aim to create a dynamic, creative and challenging environment for the company’s production and business teams, thus building an atmosphere of dedication and satisfaction not only for the employees, but for the clients as well. We aim to eventually cultivate a fertile industry for other young professionals and enthusiasts in the KZN creative communications field, to grow and thrive. We aim to grow in profits, reach, and influence, and ultimately run an in-house broadcasting facility.

Digital marketing is our strength, and our approach to strategy usually begins with social and digital marketing. Whether it is getting our clients online by creating new social media profiles, or gearing up already existing profiles for success, we assess our clients needs and offer the best solution and help them streamline the social media platforms that will work best for their product or service offering.
Media Monitoring.

Media monitoring helps you manage how your brand is portrayed in the media. By gathering data, Ithina Creatives can provide information about your campaigns, marketing initiatives, competitors and industry.

Our partners at Ithina Creatives monitor over 1 600 South African print publications including daily, weekly, regional, national and community newspapers as well as trade magazines.
Multimedia Production.

No good digital strategy is complete without the media element. The exciting, colorful, interactive, moving stuff that stops us scrolling on our feed or sees us spending that little extra screen time as we learn our favorite brands or subjects, and we are able to curate the perfect media to go with your messaging.
Digital Marketing Masterclasses.

Yes we love managing our clients digital marketing platforms and campaigns, coming up with killer concepts and creating fantastic campaigns, but our work with the Durban Business Fair have brought SMME’s very close to our hearts, and as such, we at Ithina Creatives have developed and formulated a masterclass series that takes individuals from a novice, to a proficient digital marketer in 3 days.
